Project Overview
Supporting the construction of the UAE's first integrated resort, Southend Prefab delivered a comprehensive modular office complex on Al Marjan Island. The project serves as the central command for the multi-billion dollar Wynn development.
The Challenges
The coastal environment of Al Marjan Island required superior corrosion resistance for all structures. Additionally, the project demanded a sustainable energy approach to power the site's extensive administrative needs without relying solely on the grid.
Our Solution
We deployed **7 separate G+1 modular blocks** finished in RAL 7042 texture paint. To address sustainability, we integrated **solar panel parking shades** that generate clean energy while protecting executive vehicles from the harsh Gulf sun.
