Southend Prefabricated Houses delivered a specialized modular site office complex for the Khazna Data Center Project. This required durable, high-spec units that could be deployed rapidly while maintaining the security standards of a world-class data facility.
The Challenges
The project faced unique hurdles, including strict on-site security protocols that limited delivery windows and the need for extreme thermal insulation to combat the desert heat while protecting sensitive IT equipment inside the offices.
Our Solution
We engineered reinforced G+1 structures with customized texture paint in RAL 7042. By utilizing 90% off-site prefabrication, we minimized site disruption, allowing Khazna's operations to continue uninterrupted throughout the installation process.
