This facility serves as the primary workspace for client representatives and executive management during the Como Residences development.

Building a luxury executive space in a coastal environment required specialized corrosion-resistant materials and high-performance thermal insulation to ensure a quiet, climate-controlled environment for VIP clients amidst a busy construction site.
Our Solution
We engineered ** High-end G+2 modular block** featuring RAL 7042 External texture paint. The solution included integrated Open Work Station and premium acoustic treatment to maintain a professional executive atmosphere inside.
